Here is how the standings work :
Once all tourneys are finished, the next morning all points are computed; 6 pioints for the winner, 4 for the runner-up, 3 for the finalists, 2 for those who arent finalists but won one game and 1 for all the participants who havent won a game. Once the points entered, they are adjusted so that no one has more than a 3 point lead than his or her closest follower...the difference is put in the player's residual value. If there is a tie in the standings, the player with the highest residual value get's the lead. The one who finishes first at the end of the month wins a **50$ amazon gift card...the one who finishes second and third each get a 25$ amazon gift card...good luck ;-)
Voici comment fonctionne le classement : Une fois que tous les tournois du jour ont ete complete, les points sont enregistres au classement ; 6 points pour le ou les gagnants, 4 points pour le deuxieme en lisse, 3 points pour les finalistes, 2 points pour ceux qui ne sont pas finalistes mais qui ont gagne une partie et 1 point pour les participants qui n'ont pas gagne de parties. Une fois les points enregistre, les pointages sont adjuste de facon a ce qu'aucun joueur aille plus que 3 points d'avance sur son suivant...la difference de points sont envoyees dans la valeur residuelle du joueur. Lorsqu'il y a une egalite au classement, la plus haute valeur residuel a prestance. Celui ou celle qui fini le mois, premier(re) au classement, remporte une carte cadeau d'une valeur de **50$...ceux qui finissent deuxième et troisième obtiennent chacun une carte cadeau amazon d'une valeur de 25$...bonne chance ;-)
TOURNEYS : There are 2 types of tourneys; 6:30 pm is in DUEL mode (1 vs 1, face to face with a bot on each side), try it, you will like it and 7:30 pm is in multiplayer mode. ;2 rounds qualification followed by the semi-final (in duel mode only) and the final. So, if you don't do good in the first round, you get another chance in the second round. Once both rounds are completed, the 4 best go to the final. 2 wins gives you an advantage over those who have only 1 win. Should there not be enough qualified players to fill the table ( multiplayer mode), the best runner-up gets a redemption. Good luck yall ;-)
TOUNOIS : Il y a 2 modes de tournois; 18:30 duel (1 vs 1 avec un robot sur chaque cote) et 19:30 en mode multijoueurs ; 2 rondes de qualifications suivi de la demi-finale (en mode DUEL) et la finale. Alors, si vous ne reussissez pas bien dans la premiere ronde, vous avez une deuxieme chance dans la ronde suivante. Une fois les 2 rondes completees, les 4 meilleurs vont en finale. 2 victoires vous donnent un avantage sur ceux qui ont gagne une seule partie. S'il n'y a pas assez de joueurs pour remplir la table en finale ( multijoueurs ), une redemption sera donne au meilleur suivant. Bonne chance a tous ;-)
IMPORTANT NOTE: Concerning multiplayer tourneys, depending on the number of players, a bot might fill in at a table. The bot cannot win the game and it's points have no incidence on the game except to end it...the winner of the game will be the lowest human player at the table.
NOTE IMPORTANTE : Il arrive parfois qu'il y a que 3 joueurs a une table donc pour la remplir, on ajoute un robot. Le robot n'a aucune importance comme telle, le robot ne peut gagner la partie; seul l'humain avec le plus bas pointage va gagner la partie.
